Extension Notice for Expression of Interest for empanelment of reputed/experienced agencies/firms/contractors to carry out minor works in the premises of Embassy of India, Kathmandu

EXTENSION NOTICE

This is with reference to Mission’s Notice for Expression of Interest of even No dated 30 June 2020 & 1^st July 2020 inviting sealed bids for empanelment of reputed/experienced agencies/firms/contractors who are willing to work within the ceiling of Government of Nepal’s fixed rates for the fiscal year 2076-77 to carry out minor works in the premises of Embassy of India, Kathmandu.

2. The last date for receipt of bids in sealed envelope is extended till August 7, 2020 up to 1200 hrs. The bids would be opened at 1530 hrs on the same day in the office of the undersigned in the presence of bidder’s representatives. All other tender conditions shall remain unchanged.

3. Tender documents are available on Mission’s website www.ind embkathmandu.gov.in and www. eprocure.gov.in. Details can also be collected from Attache (Projects), Tel 01-4412374/4411851.

4. The Embassy of India reserves the right to reject/cancel any or all bids without assigning any reason.
