The Embassy invites requests for gifting of books on upcoming Republic Day on 26th January, 2019

The Embassy of India, on the occasion of Republic Day and Independence Day, gifts books to libraries, educational institutions and academic organizations. The Embassy invites requests for books for the upcoming Republic Day (26 January 2019) for distribution from interested institutions.

2. All requests need to include a covering letter with full details and registration number of the Institution and necessary recognition certification of the Institution.

3. Each request should be accompanied by a list of books with names of authors and publishers.

4. These requests may be sent to the below-mentioned address on/before 05^th January, 2019:-
