TENDER NOTICE FOR ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT

Sealed tenders are invited directly from reputed and experienced Advertising Agencies and Concerned Newspapers for Annual Rate Contract with Indian Embassy for publication of advertising materials in the following Daily Newspapers to be published on various occasions.

1. Kantipur (Nepali)

2. Nagarik (Nepali)

3. Annapurna Post (Nepali)

4. Gorkhapatra (Nepali)

5. Rajdhani (Nepali)

6. Naya Patrika (Nepali)

7 Nepal Samacharpatra (Nepali)

8 Karobar (Nepali)

9 Aarthik Abhyan (Nepali)

10. The Himalayan Times (English)

11. The Kathmandu Post (English)

12. Republica (English)

13. The Rising Nepal (English)

Interested Advertising Agencies and Concerned Newspapers are requested to provide detailed proposal giving break-up advertisement cost per cc in all the above newspapers elaborating page position (front page as well as inner pages) rates in colour as well as black and white. The Quotations should include the following details, clearly mentioning the rates with or without VAT:
