Consular Grievances Monitoring System (MADAD)

Ministry of External Affairs, India launched a web portal "Consular Grievances Monitoring System” (MADAD). Anyone having issues regarding Consular or Community services provided by Embassy of India, Kathmandu may register and track his latest status and processing done on his/her grievance. Carry satellite phone to India is prohibited

Visa applicants may kindly note that it is prohibited to carry a satellite phone to India. Hence, all foreigners trevelling to India are advised to desist from carrying the same as it may invite punitive measures against the defaulters.

Applications for obtaining visa of all categories to India need to be submitted at IVSC only. Applications for official visa of Diplomatic/ Official passport holders, Officials of the United Nations & other International Organizations will continue to get official visa directly from the Indian Embassy. Visa for private visits of these categories will be provided through IVSC.
